I am interested in your timeline for purchasing, your current “loves” about your home as well as your “must-haves” for your new home. I am your resource for skilled professionals that are crucial for facilitating the purchase – including lenders, attorneys and home inspectors. For my sellers, first I dig into the research – homeowners are often surprised by the wealth of information available through our data sites regarding purchasing trends and hyper-local info about pricing and neighborhood strengths, as well as info about your home from when you bought it. My pulse on the trends in best showcasing your home becomes your secret weapon to success. Backed by the ever-resourceful leadership and support staff, as well as my colleagues at Leading Edge, I am ready to work hard for you. I previously taught Physics at Belmont High and Newton South. I bring in-depth knowledge of our schools as well as a logical and analytical approach to the all important task of buying and selling real estate. I have an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B. A. from Brown University. I loved raising my three children in the Belmont Public Schools. I currently serve as a Town Meeting member, ex officio chair of the Belmont Cultural Council and Publicity Board member of the Belmont Woman's Club. With my adorable Wheaten Terrier in tow, I love walking the trails of Rock Meadow and McLean Hospital. I serve on the Belmont Center Business Association and love supporting our community stores. I am honored to serve as your educator in real estate!
